Molly was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. In 2009, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating, Molly moved to Phoenix where she attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In law school, she represented victims of domestic violence in the Ruth V. McGregor Family Protection Clinic and externed with The Honorable Diane Johnsen Molly graduated from law school in 2012 and began her legal career at the Arizona Attorney General‘s office as a trial attorney in the Protective Services Section.In 2015, Molly transitioned to practicing Workers' Compensation. Since 2015, Molly has practiced in front of the Industrial Commission of Arizona and Arizona Court of Appeals representing both insurance carriers as well as claimants. In 2022, She joined Art Gage Law as an attorney and now practices in the areas Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Veterans Benefits, exclusively representing claimants. She finds this work incredibly rewarding. In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, camping, hiking, reading and enjoying Tucson. Molly and her husband, Jeff, especially enjoy travelling through Asia and Mexico.
